Dome Staff

based on a building a glimpsed briefly in Albany. NY, this staff was made to serve as a sort of Genie in the bottle.
When the proper spell is cast on the staff by its owner, the top of the staff will project and expand itself into a properly large wizard's tower. However I am unable to script something so complex for MW, and thus its just a pretty staff ~_^
